American courtrooms are supposed to be a sanctuary of civility and order, they have become the scene of many violent attacks and prisoner escape attempts in the past decade. This course will help prepare officers working in our courtrooms for these and other critical incidents.

The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course was developed from the military Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training. TECC is adapted to provide operators with battlefield proven trauma care information and techniques due to hostile action, particularly penetrating trauma.
This course is designed to teach officers how to identify characteristics of persons with autism and effective approaches to interacting with individuals with autism. It is also offered at 10am - 1pm.
