Saginaw Street\, Grand Blanc\, MI 48507 \nEvery officer who makes arrests\, conducts searches of any kind\, or detains anyone for the purposes of questioning them\, must thoroughly understand the parameters set forth by the Fourth Amendment related to search and seizure.
