DESCRIPTION:THIS CLASS IS CANCELED – PLEASE CONTACT US FOR FUTURE OFFERINGS \nThis half-day hands-on course is designed for all police officers and first responders wanting to improve their knowledge regarding basic digital photography. This course is geared toward the inexperienced photographer\, as well as a person wanting a refresher course.  The students will be provided instruction on the Why\, What\, When and Where of crime scene photography. \nTopics will include: \n\nPhotography Basics\nDigital Camera Basics\nEvidentiary Photography\nGeneral Crime Scene Photography (Indoor\, Outdoor\, and Vehicles)\n\nHands-on Portion will include: \n\nAssignments will include utilizing the techniques taught.\nImmediate feedback with image review by the instructor.\n\nInstructor: Keith LaMont has been a Forensic Scientist in the Trace Evidence Unit with the Michigan State Police Bridgeport Laboratory for the past 20 years.
