This 1-day refresher will provide a review of the laws and policies related to emergency vehicle operation, pursuits, and the proper course of action based on related circumstances.

The Below 100 Program is designed to drastically reduce law enforcement Line of Duty Deaths (LODD’s).  The Below 100 Program specifically addresses the operational areas of law enforcement that contribute to the greatest number of LODD’s, but are in large part preventable.

Topics covered will include animal fighting (history, laws, link between abuse and other crimes), investigating complaints and recognizing key evidence.

The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course was developed from the military Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training. TECC is adapted to provide operators with battlefield proven trauma care information and techniques due to hostile action, particularly penetrating trauma.

This workshop covers alcohol and drug clothing, drug paraphernalia, drug related music and groups, logos, stickers, new technology, youth party tendencies, synthetic drugs, OTC drugs, inhalants and popular party drugs.
