The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course was developed from the military Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training. TECC is adapted to provide operators with battlefield proven trauma care information and techniques due to hostile action, particularly penetrating trauma.
The Michigan State Police, Traffic Crash Reporting Unit has contracted with a vendor, Numetric, to develop a new traffic crash analysis and visualization application. This course is designed for those individuals who will be making strategic decisions on how to address crash issues.

Training consists of two components: a morning classroom session focused on community bicycle safety, and a hands-on afternoon session designed to teach the proper execution of bicycle rodeos.
This one-day course is designed for crime scene investigators, police officers, evidence technicians, and other personnel who have the responsibility to properly document crime scenes & physical evidence through photography.
Officers interact with computer generated scenarios using verbal commands, use of cover, and the use of firearms as needed.
