DESCRIPTION:Grand Blanc Township Police Department\npresents \nCrowd Management/Mobile Field Force\n      This training is registered as\, “Commission Designated Continuing Professional Education“ \nCOURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides law enforcement officers with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to effectively manage crowds and operate within a Mobile Field Force during demonstrations\, protests\, civil disturbances\, and other large-scale public events. Through classroom instruction\, equipment familiarization\, and hands-on practical exercises\, participants will learn crowd management principles\, legal considerations\, protest response strategies\, mobile field force formations and movements\, arrest team operations\, and mass arrest procedures. \nThe training addresses the increasing need for law enforcement agencies to respond safely and effectively to dynamic crowd-related incidents while maintaining public order\, protecting constitutional rights\, and reducing risks to officers and community members.
