Radar and LIDAR

This class, which is divided into three (8) hour sessions, is the required training for officers who have not been certified in Speed Measurement Devices.  Additionally, it is highly recommended for those that, as a matter of agency assignment, have not operated a RADAR unit for the past year or more.  If any personnel only need the LIDAR portion of the training, they can register separately for the class which is the first four hours of day 3.

Class Size:    Limited to 15

Dates:            Day One:       Wednesday, October 8, 2025, 8:30am-4:30pm

Day Two:       Thursday, October 9, 2025, 8:30am-4:30pm

Day Three:    Thursday, October 23, 2025, 8:30am-4:30pm

Instructor:    Jon Strom, MCOLES Approved Radar/Lidar instructor.

Cost:               LEORTC Member Licensed Officers – Prepaid

Non-Member Agencies – $250.00 per person
