Legal Update
Will include Interrogations, Cell Phone Search and Seizure, Statutory and Criminal Procedures
This seminar will include a review of current legislation affecting law enforcement as well as an update on Search & Seizure, Laws of Arrest, Interviews, and Search Warrant issues. Incorporated within the framework of this training will be a Laws of Arrest refresher and a review of related statutes.
