Legal Update
Will include new Legislative and Criminal Procedure Updates from the Prosecutor’s Association
This seminar will include a review of current legislation affecting law enforcement as well as an update on Search & Seizure, Laws of Arrest, Interviews, and Search Warrant issues. Incorporated within the framework of this training will be a Laws of Arrest refresher and a review of related statutes.
